Description In power system, railway system and large petrochemical industrial enterprises all have a lot of electrical equipment, its internal insulation is mostly oil-filled insulation type. Dielectric strength test for insulating oil is a routine test which shall be measured. In order to meet the market needs. Our company self-developed and produced TEOT series dielectric strength tester for insulation oil according to national standard GB/T5072002, industrial standard DL429.991 and the latest electric power industry DL/T846.7- 2004 standards. The instrument use single chip microcomputer as the core, to achieve full automatic testing and high precision measurement, greatly improves the work efficiency, also reduce the labor intensity of the workers. Features ◆ With microprocessor, SIX cups in one, automatically complete boosting, holding, stirring, static releasing, calculation and printing. ◆ Enable to carry out oil circulating withstand voltage test in the range of 0-100KV. ◆ Large screen LCD display. ◆ Simple to operate, automatically complete 1-6 oil samples withstanding voltage test according to the settings. Each oil sample will be automatically stored for each breakdown voltage value and cycle number. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage value and average value of each oil sample. ◆ This series has strong applicability, not only can be used in laboratories, but also be used in outdoor fields. The instrument also has strong anti-interference ability and can work normally in strong electromagnetic field environment.
